The Manufacturer/Wholesaler/Retailer that was growing very quickly. They were having a difficult time keeping people due to poor hiring practices. In addition, their Performance Management process was poor as well.

They were at the point that they needed to hire at least a part-time HR professional if not full-time. They brought me to review their current policies for compliance, to create good hiring, onboarding and performance management systems with the goal of hiring the HR professional.

In essence, I became their part-time HR professional.

We did an HR audit and from that created the programs described above. By the time, we hired the full-time HR professional, turnover was decreasing and we had established relationships with different staffing companies that vetted potential hire. The transition was seamless and successful.
